Tracie Diamond, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 10 years of clinical experience supporting adolescents, adults, service members, veterans, and families. She is a certified Christian Counselor. She has worked across telehealth, school, community mental health, and military counseling settings, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life stressors, and substance use concerns.
Tracie’s approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused counseling to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
Before becoming a counselor, Tracie served for 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. Her military background gives her a strong understanding of service-related stress, military family systems, transitions, resilience, crisis response, and the importance of feeling understood in high-pressure environments.
