- Holds an active Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, LMFT) or is close to full licensure
- Has interest or training in trauma work (EMDR training strongly preferred)
- Aligns with values-based, client-centered care
- Is reliable, motivated, and committed to clinical excellence
- Is open to continued learning and professional development
- Supportive, collaborative environment
