Laurine Price, LMHC, is a seasoned therapist who brings a rare blend of calm presence, clinical depth, and real-world systems experience to her work with clients. With nearly 10 years in outpatient mental health—plus extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families—Laurine is known for building quick, genuine rapport and creating a safe, steady space where clients can feel understood and begin to heal. Her approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a strong focus on helping people strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of stability and hope.
Laurine has advanced training in EMDR and sand tray therapy, which can be especially helpful for children processing trauma and big emotions in developmentally appropriate ways. Laurine offers telehealth therapy only and is available for children as young as age 7, making high-quality care more accessible for families across Iowa who may face transportation, scheduling, or geographic barriers.
