Isabella works with adults ages 18 to 45 who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, life transitions, religious trauma, abuse, and sexual challenges. She also provides affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and clients seeking a therapy space that is compassionate, respectful, and grounded in each person’s lived experience.
Isabella’s approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. She supports clients in making sense of painful experiences, building emotional flexibility, strengthening self-trust, and moving toward a life that feels more connected to their values. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and pace.
Isabella believes therapy can offer a space to feel understood, explore patterns, heal from past experiences, and develop practical tools for daily life. She works alongside clients with curiosity and care, helping them create meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
