Hannah Myers is a clinical mental health intern who works with clients ages 13 and up, offering a supportive and approachable space to navigate life’s challenges. She enjoys working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, and transitional life stages, and is passionate about supporting LGBTQA+ individuals in feeling seen, affirmed, and understood.
Hannah brings experience from a variety of behavioral health settings, including community-based case management, youth behavioral services, and direct support work, where she has helped clients access resources, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. Her background has strengthened her ability to connect with both adolescents and adults while providing practical, compassionate care.
Her approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and person-centered techniques. Hannah works alongside clients to better understand their experiences, build effective coping strategies, and create lasting, positive change.
